RentalYield.uk is a free data tool that calculates rental yields using publicly available government data from HM Land Registry and the Office for National Statistics (ONS). The site is operated from the United Kingdom.

What data we collect

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 collects:

  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Approximate geographic location (city-level, not precise)
  • Device type, browser, and operating system
  • Referral source (how you found us)

GA4 does not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information. Google may process this data on servers outside the UK. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Email subscriptions

If you subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your name and email address. We use this only to send you property investment insights. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Contact forms

If you contact us, we store your message and email address to respond to your enquiry.
